Lisa resolved my problem within hours the same day. After hours on the phone with Dell support the tech informed me I needed a motherboard and power pack to the tune of $500. Since I was not comfortable with this I called my Angel! $75.00 later I have a functioning computer. I am very pleased and would not hestitate contacting Lisa again.
